NEW PRODUCTS ALERT | REAL TECHNIQUES - BOLD METAL COLLECTION

Real Techniques recently released a brand new collection of brushes which are their 'Bold Metals' Collection. 7 brushes that are described as premium/proffesional brushes aimed at professional makeup artists and makeup lovers. The brushes come in three colours beautiful colours GOLD, SILVER & ROSE GOLD.

The new collection includes;
(GOLD)
100 Arched Powder £25.00
101 Triangle Foundation £22.00

(SILVER)
200 Oval Shadow £15.00
201 Pointed Crease £12.00
202 Angled Liner £10.00

(ROSE GOLD)
300 Tapered Blush £24.00
301 Flat Contour £22.00

I bought 3 of the 7 brushes as I had a limited budget myself, I bought the 100, 201 and 301.
As these brushes are more professional their price is definitely much more expensive than most other brushes available in Boots (only place you can purchase these, except online).

When the real technique owners (Pixiwoo) were asked, the sisters reiterated that these are premium brushes being sold at the pharmacy / drug store so that everyone can access them locally.
The brushes themselves are very beautiful to look at and feel lovely in the hand thanks to them being weighted and tapered towards the tip of the handles.
A couple of the brushes are also quite unique in design, particularly the triangle foundation brush and the flat contour brush, though this doesn't necessarily mean great things for the actual application of product with the brushes, personally I dislike the triangle foundation brush because i think the hairs are too dense and stiff to use on my face hence why I use the powder brush as I prefer a fluffier brush to apply foundation. But the contour brush is deffinately one of my top 3 favourite real technique face brushes as I own all the basic brushes. The pointed crease brush is pretty much an oversized pencil brush so you can use it on the lid or the crease, and also under the eye.
I also forgot to mention that these are shed-proof brushes thanks to the fibres being 'hand glued' into the ferrules.

Let me know what you think of the new brushes from Real Techniques.
If you have any, make sure to comment your own opinion to help others
I hope I was of any help to you!

Until then my loves
Be you,
Taylor xo
